Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if:

• You are at least sixteen years old.
• You have full legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
• All information you submit is accurate and verifiable.

If any submitted information is false, unverifiable, incomplete, or misleading, Jobslink Inc may immediately deny, suspend, or terminate access without refund.

2. Exact Definition of Services

The Services include marketing, coaching, mentorship, AI supported tools, curriculum, employer exposure mechanisms, learning environments, and digital or in person programs.

3. Admission, Participation, and Removal

Admission is discretionary. Participation may be revoked at any time.

Jobslink Inc may remove any participant immediately for:

• Non payment.
• Payment disputes or chargebacks.
• Absence, inactivity, or failure to engage.
• Misconduct, disrespect, or disruptive actions.
• Fraudulent documents or unverifiable claims.
• Breach of any clause in this Agreement.

Removal for cause results in permanent termination with no refund.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refund Restrictions

All payments:

• Must be made in advance.
• Are final.
• Are non refundable.
• Are non cancellable.
• Are non transferable.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks under any circumstances. Any chargeback or dispute is treated as intentional fraud and Jobslink Inc may pursue:

• Full fee recovery.
• Collection costs.
• Attorney fees.
• Interest on outstanding balances.

5. User Responsibilities

You must:

• Attend scheduled sessions.
• Follow instructions and complete assigned work.
• Respond to communication within reasonable timelines.
• Provide only accurate and legitimate documents.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Use the Services only for lawful and intended purposes.

If you fail to meet these obligations, the fault lies with you, not Jobslink Inc.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Harassing or abusing staff, mentors, or participants.
• Sharing internal content, curriculum, or materials externally.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Copying, downloading, scraping, or reverse engineering any content.
• Recording sessions without written permission.
• Misrepresenting affiliation with Jobslink Inc.

Any violation results in immediate termination without refund and may result in legal action.

7. Intellectual Property Ownership

All program material, curriculum, AI prompts, workflows, processes, software, scripts, videos, assessments, designs, databases, and documentation are owned solely by Jobslink Inc.

Your license is:

• Personal.
• Non exclusive.
• Non transferable.
• Revocable at any time.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, train others with, or commercialize any Jobslink Inc material.

8. Employer Exposure and Outcomes

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Employers act independently and select candidates at their sole discretion.
• Jobslink Inc does not guarantee interviews, job offers, referrals, or placements.
• Jobslink Inc is not responsible for employer cancellations or communication delays.
• No promise of outcome exists unless stated in a written, signed contract.

Any verbal statements, assumptions, or interpretations of promise are invalid.

9. AI Generated Content

Parts of the Services use artificial intelligence. You agree that:

• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies.
• You must verify any AI generated content before using it.
• Jobslink Inc is not responsible for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from AI generated materials.

All accountability for the use of AI output rests solely with you.

10. Service Availability

Jobslink Inc may modify, update, reschedule, or replace any part of the Services at its discretion. Jobslink Inc is not liable for:

• System outages or downtime.
• Technical errors.
• Session rescheduling.
• Mentor replacements.
• Data loss.

Such events do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

11. No Performance Guarantees

Jobslink Inc provides no guarantee regarding:

• Job outcomes.
• Income changes.
• Interview count.
• Skill advancement.
• Employer responses.
• Visa approvals.

Any testimonial, example, or case study is illustrative only.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• Jobslink Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages.
• Jobslink Inc is not liable for lost income, lost career opportunities, lost employment, or lost prospects.
• Jobslink Inc is not liable for acts or decisions of employers, third parties, or external platforms.

Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Jobslink Inc in the twelve months before the claim. If you paid nothing, liability is zero.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and fully compensate Jobslink Inc for any claim, loss, cost, or damage resulting from:

• Your actions or omissions.
• Your breach of this Agreement.
• Your misuse of the Services.
• Your false statements or fraudulent behavior.

14. Suspension and Termination

Jobslink Inc may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

• You violate any clause in this Agreement.
• Your payment is reversed or in dispute.
• You create reputational, operational, or legal risk.
• You misuse Jobslink Inc systems or branding.

Termination does not remove your financial obligations.

15. Dispute Resolution and Mandatory Arbitration

All disputes must follow this process:

• Written notice to Jobslink Inc.
• Attempt at internal resolution.
• Binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming.

You waive the right to:

• Class action participation.
• Collective arbitration.
• Jury trials.

This clause applies to all disputes except claims that qualify for small claims court.

16. Force Majeure

Jobslink Inc is not responsible for delays or failure caused by:

• Natural disasters.
• Government restrictions.
• Internet outages.
• Cyberattacks.
• System failures.
• Third party service interruptions.

17. International Users

Users outside the United States:

• Access the Services at their own risk.
• Must comply with local laws.
• Agree that foreign consumer protection laws do not apply to this Agreement.

18. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules.

19. Amendments

Jobslink Inc may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

20. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and Jobslink Inc and overrides any previous discussion, claim, or representation.
